  • pork chops - 4
  • lard - 3.5 oz (100 g) pork
  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g) fresh
  • onions - 2 heads
  • white wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • red pepper - 2 tsp
  • pepper - ground
  • salt

How to make

Preheat the plate spread half the fat. Put the beaten and seasoned with salt and pepper steaks on.

Roast on both sides and remove the meat. Put the remaining oil on the plate and fry sliced into julienne mushrooms and chopped onion rings.
