  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • coconut sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • sunflower tahini - 1 pc.
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • lemon peel - 1/2 tsp.
  • dates - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • cranberries - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • raisins - 1 tbsp. (gold)
  • dark chocolate - 1 - 2 pieces
  • buckwheat nuts - 1 cup (pressed)
  • buckwheat flour - as much as it absorbs

How to make

Beat the egg with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, then add the tahini. In this case, I had no tahini and used a small sunflower seeds halva, which I mashed.

Dissolve the soda in 2-3 tbsp. of warm water and lemon juice and add to the egg.

Finely chop the lemon peel, dates and chocolate. Add the dried fruit, chocolate and buckwheat nuts to the main mixture and add buckwheat flour while kneading the dough.

With a small spoon, form biscuits and arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake them for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 370°F (190 degrees).
