  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • white cheese - 1/2 cup (crumbled)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them. Put oil in a suitable pan and when it heats up, start frying the boiled potatoes lightly.

Season them with salt and arrange them evenly in a baking pan. The arranged potatoes are poured with the white cheese and beaten eggs with milk mixture.

Sprinkle with ground black pepper and finely chopped parsley and bake the casserole until the eggs are fully cooked.
