"We`ve all tried this dish and we all know it`s delicious."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.5 lb (1.2 kg)
  • eggs - 5, boiled
  • sausages - 10.5 oz (300 g) by choice (ham, vienna sausage)
  • savory - 1 - 2 tsp, crumbled
  • salt
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Cut the boiled eggs into slices and the sausages - to pieces. Peel the washed potatoes and cut them into cubes.

In a greased tray, arrange some of the boiled eggs, some potatoes and sausages, sprinkle them with spices and distribute the remaining eggs, potatoes and sausages.

Sprinkle them with spices again and add a trickle of oil. Top up with beer and put the dish to bake in a heated 360°F (180 °C) oven until the potatoes are ready.

Stir them 2-3 times.
