How to make
Choose potatoes with thin skins. Boil them in a pot of salted water.
Do not peel the boiled potatoes. Place them directly with the skins on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Press them with a glass so that they crack and flatten.
Crush the garlic cloves and add the melted butter.
Stir the mixture and spread it on each potato. Sprinkle with paprika and black pepper on top. Add finely chopped fresh dill.
Place the smashed potatoes in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes to bake until lightly browned.
