How to make
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk. Sift the flour with the salt and make a well. Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and oil. Pour them into the flour and add the yeast. Knead a medium-soft dough.
Leave it to rest for 10 min. Tear off a small ball, set it aside, divide the rest into 2 equal parts. Roll out each one into a rectangular sheet, smear with oil and wrap up into a roll. Cut it into 1/2″ (1 cm) pieces and arrange them along the edges of the tray.
Put the small ball of dough in the middle. Leave it to rise, smear it with the set aside yolk beaten with a little milk. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 35-40 min. Take it out, smear with butter and cover with a clean towel.
