How to make
Beat the flour with the carbonated water, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Beat with a mixer to obtain a runny mixture. Add 1 tbsp oil and beat a little more.
Pour a few tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and once it heats up, pour in the first pancake. Once one is fried, flip over to the other.
Before frying each pancake pour in a few more drops of oil. Serve the ready pancakes with fruits, cream or jam of your choice.
