Ingredients

  • flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • oil - 5 tablespoons
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • instant coffee - 1 tsp (optional, or use decaffeinated)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp (liquid)
  • water - 1 cup (cool)
  • oil - 1 tablespoon for smearing the form
  • cocoa - 2 tablespoon , for sprinkling the form

  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 4 tablespoons
  • water - 9 tablespoons

How to make

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well and pour in the liquid ones.

Stir with fork or spatula to a homogeneous mixture.
