How to make
Dissolve the baking soda in a bowl with the yogurt and mix it with a fork, subsequently add the sugar, oil, flour, lemon zest and stir until everything is homogenized.
Put the mixture into a greased and lightly floured tray (not too large).
Top with fresh or frozen fruit (cut it, if necessary) and distribute the nuts. Put the easy spring cake to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 45 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle it with a little powdered sugar, immediately after removing the cake from the oven.
