How to make
Mix the baking soda into the yoghurt. Mix the yoghurt with the sugar and oil in a bowl, while constantly stirring. Add the sifted flour with the vanilla and finally - the grated orange rind.
Put the mixture into an oblong shape, covered with baking paper or greased and floured. Distribute the small cleaned and dried fruits on top.
Put the fruit cake without the eggs to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
