"When it comes to pizza, it`s not the name that`s important but the taste and aroma."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • yeast - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • water - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • sugar - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • salt - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pickles - 2
  • tomato sauce - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • mushrooms - 2 oz (50 g)
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sausages - 3.5 oz (100 g), smoked
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • corn - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. On the cooking counter, place the flour, make a well in the center and add the salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast mixture. Knead the dough until it is elastic and smooth. Shape into a ball and cover with a damp cloth. Leave it to rest for 2 hours in a warm place.

The dough is ready once it is easily removable and does not stick to your fingers. When the dough doubles its size, place it in a baking pan and shape it.

Garnish with sliced sausages, ham, pickles, corn, tomato sauce, feta cheese, bacon and mushrooms or products as desired to suit your taste. Do not forget to add a few drops of olive oil at the end and let it rest for 5 minutes. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20 minutes.
