How to make
Leave the Camembert cheese at room temperature, so that it is not too firm and does not remain too hard on the inside.
Cut the figs into pieces and roast the walnuts in a non heated pan.
In the same pan, in which you roasted the walnuts and almonds, pour olive oil and put the Camembert cheese piece on high heat.
When it aquires a dark color on one side, turn it over on the other.
Take the cheese out of the pan and place it in a beautiful plate. Place the sliced figs on top and drizzle it with a spoonful of the liquid part of the fig jam.
Spread the roasted nuts on top and on the side of the Camembert and serve it while it is still warm.
