  • hazelnuts - 1 oz (30 g) ground
  • sesame tahini - 4 tbsp.
  • carob powder - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Soak the spelt from the night before in water. Strain it the next day.

Grind the spelt with a little water in a blender, until a white and thick paste is obtained.
