  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp (10 g)

How to make

Wash the orange, squeeze out the juice (about 100 ml) and, if you don't want orange pieces in the jelly, strain it.

In a bowl, mix the gelatin with the juice and leave it to swell.

Then heat the mixture in a water bath or in the microwave (be careful not to boil it) until the gelatin melts.

Add the honey and lemon juice, mix very well and pour the resulting mixture into molds.

Refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
