How to make
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, add the chopped onion, garlic, hot pepper, mushrooms and grated ginger root.
Once the onion aquires a golden color, add the vegetable broth.
Stew for 10 minutes. While stirring constantly, add coconut milk, shrimp, lime, red curry, sugar and other products.
Leave the shrimp soup to boil for 10 minutes. Remove it from the heat and serve it.
