How to make
Wash well and cut the liver into small pieces.
Wash well and boil the beef bones. In the broth, add the soup roots, spices and liver.
Once the liver is cooked, strain from the broth. Strain well and fry the liver in hot oil.
Sprinkle the fried liver with flour, salt and pepper and return it to the broth. Boil for 10 more minutes.
Thicken the liver soup with the beaten eggs and lemon, then season with chopped parsley.
