How to make
Heat olive oil in a high sided pan.
Once heated directly in it, press the garlic cloves. Fry until golden.
Add the shrimp and lift the pan several times to mix everything well with the olive oil and garlic.
Avoid stirring with a whisk very vigorously, so that you don't crush the shrimp. Leave them in the pan for 3-4 minutes.
Then pour the wine, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Optionally and if you like, add a teaspoon of chili sauce.
Add finely chopped dill. Leave the pan on the stove until the wine evaporates. Shake the pan several times to mix the products better.
At the end, add two tablespoons of oyster sauce and if you do not have any available, replace it with soy sauce. Add the saffron almost a minute before removing them from the heat.
The Thai Shrimp are ready.
