How to make
Pour the oil into a deep pot and fry the chopped leeks in it first, add the finely chopped sorrel and nettles, and after they have stewed, add the flour and the vegetable broth.
As soon as it boils, add the bulgur to the soup.
It is left to boil for 15-20 minutes on a lower heat and after it is turned off, the finely chopped garlic cloves and the spice mix are added.
The nettle soup can be served hot or chilled.

Spice mix: coriander, cumin, chili flakes with seeds, black pepper, dried ginger, dried parsley.
