How to make
Heat the oil in a pot and saute the sliced mushrooms, finely chopped onion, and diced red peppers and carrot.
Add a little water and stir.
Season with black pepper, salt, curry powder, and savory herb to taste.
Pour a few cups of warm water and simmer, until the vegetables are cooked.
Rinse the bulgur and add it to the soup with a finely chopped tomato.
Just before you remove from the stove, season with the fresh basil leaves.
