Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 1 cup
  • red peppers - 5 pcs
  • bulgur - 3 tbsp
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • curry powder
  • savory herb - dried
  • basil leaves - fresh
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Heat the oil in a pot and saute the sliced mushrooms, finely chopped onion, and diced red peppers and carrot.

Add a little water and stir.

Season with black pepper, salt, curry powder, and savory herb to taste.
