How to make
Heat the red wine in a deep pot on the hob. Add honey. Season the wine with cinnamon sticks, star anise and cloves.
Cut the oranges and apples into crescents. When the wine with the spices boil, add the apple cider and the fruit. Stir and leave it on the stove for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the aromatic mulled wine into a jug.
