How to make
The pan is heated with 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g) of butter. The eggs are beaten and added into the pan. Fry until ready.
Move this to a fireproof tray (mine was a 9 1/2″ (24 cm) round form). Top with ham, tomatoes, ketchup, cheese and sprinkle with spices.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 °C), until the cheese melts.
