Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 - 5
  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • tomatoes - 2
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to make

Peel the potatoes and boil them, but not completely. Drain and grate them, mix with the eggs, flour, milk, salt and black pepper. The mixture is fried in parts in heated butter, spread it out like a pancake.

When it turns brown, turn it on the other side until browned and sprinkle it with shredded feta cheese and cheese.

Cover the pan for a bit, then remove and fold the omelette. Serve with a garnish of parsley and chopped tomatoes.
