How to make
Chop the onions finely and put them to fry. In the meantime, cut the remaining vegetables into very thin slices.
Add them to the softened onions, stir and leave on the stove until all the veggies soften. Beat the feta cheese with the flour and add the eggs.
Stir until homogeneous. To the egg mixture, add the ready veggies and 1 pinch of salt. Put some of the mixture into an oiled pan and braise on one side, then flip over using a lid.
Return to the pan to fry on the other side as well. Fry the other omelettes the same way.
