How to make
Cover the tray with baking paper and put the puff pastry on top, while forming a high border.
To make the filling, saute the onions in a little oil and mix with the chopped roasted red peppers, diced bacon, diced pickles, peas and grated cheese.
Whip the eggs with the milk, season with salt and black pepper, then combine with the vegetables. Pour thus prepared filling over the puff pastry.
Bake 30-40 min. at 360°F (180 °C) to a brown crust on top. Can be consumed cold as well.
