Beat the eggs with salt to taste in a bowl, then pour them into a pan that you've heated with a little oil.
Pour the finely chopped lard salami on top, then the crumbled feta cheese and grated cheese.
Once the eggs are braised a bit, close the omelette using a spatula. Braise it briefly on one side, then flip to the other.
It's really quick to make and tasty.
