How to make
Heat oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion, then add the minced meat, spices, mix well and sauté until the mince is cooked.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a large bowl, season them with spices, and add 1/2 tsp baking soda. Remove the cooked mince from the pan and fry the omelettes in it under a cover.
On one side of the semi-cooked omelette, place the filling, cover and fry until done.
