How to make
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water, to which you've added 1 tbsp oil. Rinse the cooked spaghetti with cold water and strain.
Fry the tomato juice with 2 tbsp oil until thickened. Cool.
Beat the eggs, add the tomato sauce, season with salt and add the spaghetti. Stir.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a suitable container. Pour in half the mixture.
Arrange pieces of processed cheese and evenly distribute the rest of the mixture.
Fry for 3-4 min. and flip the omelette using a plate, cook until ready.
Serve the ready spaghetti omelette in a suitable plate.
