Ingredients

  • rice - 8 oz (230 g)
  • savory herb - 2 pinches
  • filo pastry sheets - 6 pcs. (Serbian)

  • dried mint - 1 pinch
  • vegetable seasoning - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 8 tbsp.
  • leeks - 2 stalks
  • ground black pepper - 2 pinches

How to make

Clean and chop the leeks. Stew them on medium heat with a little salt. Pour the rice and stir. Season with black pepper, savory herb and mint.

Pour about 3 cups of water, the vegetable spice and cook the rice until it softens. Cook it over high heat first and then reduce the heat.
