Ingredients

  • roasted red peppers - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • roasted green peppers - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • roasted eggplants - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • garlic - by taste (8 - 9 cloves)
  • salt - 1 - 1.5 tbsp.
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.

How to make

Blend the peppers + eggplant with a liquidizer.

Then add the oil, as much salt as you like and the mayonnaise and stir again and add the mashed garlic at the end.
