How to make
Cut the fish into pieces and then add salt and pepper. Stew the cabbage. You can use fresh cabbage or sauerkraut.
Prepare a sauce of finely chopped pickles, carrots, onion and the tomato paste that has been pre-fried in butter. Arrange the cabbage in the tray, put the fish on it and cabbage on top again.
Pour on the already blended sauce. Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven. Serve with parsley and olives.
