How to make
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Add sugar and 4-5 tablespoons of flour. After it rises, pour the yeast in a well, made in the flour that has been sifted twice.
Knead a dough and if necessary, add cool water from time to time. Allow the dough to rest. After 20-odd minutes, divide the dough into 4 balls, then roll them out into sheets and place them one atop the other in a buttered tray.
Sprinkle it with melted butter and the cottage cheese. Cut the cheese pie, add yoghurt and bake it in a moderate oven until browned.
