How to make
Prepare the stuffing as follows:
Stew onion in the oil. Then put the cut mushrooms and tomatoes in. Boil for about 10 minutes. Grease a baking sheet with oil and arrange 3 rows of pastry as you sprinkle some oil between them, so as not to stick.
On the third sheet, put half the onion mixture, sprinkle it with herbs and pepper, put another 3 sheets, sprinkle cheese with eggs, spices, add another 3 rows of crust, onion mixture, 3 rows of pastry, cheese and eggs.
Conclude with a crust on which you place butter. Bake in a moderate oven, like pie. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with some water and brew with a towel. Slice and serve with yogurt.
