  • beef - 2 cups (500 g) from the rear
  • oil - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • mushrooms - 4 oz (120 g)
  • tomatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • green beans - 2 cups (500 g)
  • black pepper

How to make

Tenderize, salt and sprinkle the meat with black pepper and leave it for a bit, then fry it in highly heated oil, add 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g) butter and fry until soft. Boil the cleaned beans in salted water until soft, cut the mushrooms into pieces and fry them in butter.

Parboil the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and cut them into halves, add salt, sprinkle with black pepper, add pieces of butter and roast with the meat on a grill, or in a high oven. Cut the roasted meat into portions and arrange the vegetables and mushrooms around it.
