How to make
Shred the kale leaves, which have been pre-washed and dried.
Remove the hard veins and pour 6 tbsp. of olive oil, vinegar and salt over them.
Mix well and gently massage the green leaves for about a minute, so that they soften.
Mix the kale with coarsely chopped pieces of smoked mackerel, which has also been cleaned of its bones.
Other fragrant fish such as sardine fillets (marinated and smoked), as well as salmon would be suitable.
Peel the tomatoes and slice them. Arrange them in a large plate or two individual salad bowls.
Sprinkle the tomato slices with olive oil and flaky salt and put the green kale salad on them.
Serve the kale and tomato salad with well-chilled white wine or vodka.
