How to make
Finely chop the onion and place it in a large bowl with the minced meat.
Crack the egg inside and add the spices.
Knead the minced meat well and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
To prepare the sauce, grind the peeled tomatoes along with the garlic.
Add the mixture into a pan with heated fat, season with salt and sugar and cook for about 40 minutes on medium heat.
Boil the quail eggs for a few minutes.
Cool them and peel them.
Take a small bit of the minced meat and flatten it. Put a boiled egg in the middle, close it nicely with the minced meat and shape it into a ball.
Do the same with the other eggs and fry these delicious little meatballs in a pan with heated fat. Take them out and place them onto kitchen paper.
The quail egg stuffed meatballs are very tasty.
