measures

How to make

Boil and peel the eggs. Knead the minced meat with the grated yellow cheese, by setting aside part of the cheese for sprinkling. Season with spices and knead well.

Divide it into 5 balls of about 2.1 oz (60 g). Spread them out and put one egg in the middle. Shape the minced meat around the egg. Roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs and place them in a baking pan with a non-stick coating.

Bake the meatballs in a heated oven, until they're ready. Sprinkle them with yellow cheese and bake, until it has melted.

Serve the stuffed meatballs with a whole egg with a garnish of your choice.
