"If you are going to hide eggs, hide them in the meatballs and don`t forget to season them with basil - that`s how they taste best"

Ingredients

  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g) mixture (pork/beef - 50/50)
  • eggs - 3
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • basil - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • breadcrumbs - for sprinkling
measures

How to make

Start with flavoring the minced meat. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with it. Add the basil, salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Knead well and cover with cling film.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes, during which time boil the eggs.

Then divide the minced meat into 3 parts. Spread them out like burgers.

Put 1 egg in the middle of each one and cover it with minced meat.

Place the 3 large meatballs in a baking pan (pour a little water on the bottom), sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at maximum temperature for 30-35 minutes.

The basil meatballs with egg are ready.
