How to make
Beat the eggs well, then add the finely grated cheese, grated parsley and finally the breadcrumbs.
Season the resulting mixture with salt, black pepper and other spices according to taste. Scoop from the thick mixture with a spoon and pour it into highly heated oil.
Fry the egg meatballs on both sides until golden. Serve with a fresh garnish of your choice.
