How to make
Finely chop the onion and the peppers into 2.4″ (6 cm) strips. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Fry the onion with a little salt for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
Add the peppers and when they slightly soften, add the chicken.
Cook for 3 minutes and then add soy sauce, chili, cumin, lemon juice, paprika and black pepper and as much salt as you like. Finally, add a teaspoon of sugar and barbecue sauce. Stir well to mix all of the spices well and so that they can release their aroma. After another 3-4 minutes, remove the pan from the heat, by first making sure that the chicken is ready.
For the tortillas, mix all of the ingredients and knead an elastic dough, that is not too hard.
Divide it into 12 balls and roll each one out into a thin wrap (if you put them on top of each other, put plastic wrap between them so that they do not stick together.
Bake them in a heated pan with a non-stick bottom (you can grease it to make sure they don't stick). One or two minutes on each side is enough.
Serve the delicious spicy chicken with the tortillas by placing the mixture on them and wrapping them well like burritos and fold the lower end to make them more convenient to eat.
Be careful not to go overboard with the spicy and sweet flavors!
