Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • olive oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • white pepper - by taste
  • hot paprika - coarsely ground
  • fresh mozzarella - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • yellow cheese - about 7 oz (200 g)
  • basil - 6 - 7 leaves + for decoration

How to make

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and put them in a bowl without peeling them. If they are small - whole, if they are large - cut them into thick slices.

Pour olive oil, white and hot paprika with salt and mix everything well.

Arrange the flavored potatoes in a baking pan - greased or covered with aluminum foil. Place a piece of butter on each potato and bake them for about 35 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees).

Remove the baking pan and sprinkle the chopped fresh basil, grated yellow cheese and mozzarella cubes.

Place it back into the oven for 10 minutes.

Serve them warm and enjoy these baked potatoes with an appetizing crust!
