How to make
Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin slices without peeling it. Soak it in milk for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and garlic powder. You do not need to add salt.
Drain the zucchini rings and roll each one in the dry mixture in a bowl.
Arrange them onto baking paper without overlapping the slices and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees), until they aquire a golden brown color - in about 10-12 minutes the chips should be ready.
Allow the zucchini chips to cool and serve them.
