How to make
Wash and peel the zucchini. Cut into rectangles /sticks/.
Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
In a deep bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Stir and roll the zucchini in the batter. Arrange in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
Serve the breaded oven-baked zucchini with a yoghurt and garlic sauce.
