How to make
Fry the beef, which you have cut into small pieces, in a little olive oil and butter.
Add the onions and fry them until they aquire a golden color. Add the chickpeas and spices. Pour enough water to cover the food (the food should not be watery).
Cook in a pressure cooker for about 40-50 minutes.
For the rice:
Fry the onions in butter. Add the rice. When it becomes transparent, add the white wine.
Wait for the alcohol to evaporate, but not completely and pour the broth (I make it with a cube of chicken broth dissolved inside). Add the spices.
When it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, close with a lid and leave it without stirring until the water evaporates.
The beef with chickpeas and rice is ready.
