How to make
Finely chop the onion and garlic, then stew them in a spoonful of oil. Add the lentils and fry everything briefly.
Pour the water and let the lentils boil until they're ready - or until the water is absorbed by them.
Before removing the mixture from the stove, season it with as much salt and black pepper as you desire.
Allow it to cool slightly and puree the pate with a teaspoon of vinegar.
You can spread the pate on toasted slices of bread.
The lentils and garlic spread is ready.
