  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • cumin - 1 tsp, seeds
  • coriander - 2 tsp, seeds
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • tomatoes - 1 2/3 cups (400 g), canned
  • chicken broth - 3 cups (700 ml)
  • brown sugar - 2 tsp
  • lentils - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • brown rice - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • chicken - 5.5 oz (150 g), meat
  • pistachios - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

How to make

Heat the olive oil, add the onions and braise them.
