How to make
Grate the zucchini coarsely. Add salt, place in a colander to drain as much liquid as possible.
Chop the mint and parsley finely. Grate the cheese. Add the chopped onion, cheese, flour, baking powder, mint, parsley, nutmeg and black pepper to the drained zucchini. Add the breadcrumbs, egg and mix everything.
If the dough for the zucchini is too wet, you can add a few tablespoons of flour. From the resulting dough, form buns and fry them in hot oil until golden.
