How to make

A recipe, which won't be anything new, but will only remind us of the taste of our favorite fried zucchini in the form of sticks, which can be eaten dipped in sauce.

In order for then to have a hard and crispy skin, use breadcrumbs, so that the sticks do not soften.

Cut the zucchini into thin strips about 3.1″ (8 cm) long and about 0.3″ (8 mm) thick (maybe a little thinner). Do not season them with salt!

In three separate plates prepare the beaten eggs, flour and breadcrumbs and heat the oil over medium heat.

Roll the sticks first in the flour, then dip them in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Fry them until they aquire a golden color and then take them out and place them ontto kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.

Season the breaded zucchini with salt just before serving them, in order to keep them as crispy as possible.

Serve the fried zucchini sticks with a sauce of mixed fresh cream with lime juice, white pepper and as much salt as you like.

If you can't find fresh cream, use sour cream. It's not as thick as fresh cream, but it still does a great job.

Enjoy your meal!
