Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 1.
  • milk - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp.
  • parmesan - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • dill - 1 sprig
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • olive oil

How to make

Cut the zucchini in half. Then cut them into thick slices, and then cut each slice into sticks.

Salt the sticks.

Beat the egg and dilute it with the milk.

Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater and mix with the breadcrumbs and finely chopped dill.

Each stick is rolled in flour, then dipped in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Arrange the salted sticks in a tray lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle with a trickle of olive oil and bake the beer appetizer in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until golden brown.

Serve with yoghurt garlic sauce.
