How to make
Peel the zucchini and cut them into sticks.
Salt them and roll them in corn flour. Beat the eggs and season with black pepper, thyme, turmeric and oregano.
Dip the sprinkled with flour zucchini in the beaten eggs and then roll them in the mixture of breadcrumbs/corn flour.
Arrange the zucchini sticks onto oiled baking paper.
Pour a trickle of olive oil over them and bake until golden in a 360°F (180 °C) oven. Serve with a dairy sauce.
