How to make
Pick baby zucchini and you may not peel them.
Cut the zucchini into long sticks about 4″ (10 cm) long and 0.4″ (1 cm) thick.
Season the zucchini with salt to taste.
Prepare the breading.
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a little salt.
Put the flour in another container and in a third, mix the corn flour and flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and dried dill.
Cover the oven tray with baking paper.
Roll each stick first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the dry mixture.
Arrange them in the oven tray at a distance from each other and drizzle them with oil.
Put the breaded zucchini to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes, until golden.
Serve these delicious and crispy breaded zucchini sticks with yogurt and garlic sauce and a glass of cold beer.
